The system

A clipping and repurposing pipeline, wired front to back.

KOBO BUILDS AND OPERATES IT. DISTRIBUTION. DORO MIND. WHAT KOBO OPERATES Kobo writes and runs the sequence on Kobo systems. Nothing to install. No accounts to manage. WHAT DORO MIND ACTUALLY DOES Shoot as they do today. Drop the recording in. Come back to a queue of captioned, reframed clips with suggested copy. Approve the good ones and post on their own schedule. The rest go no further.

A video goes in. It comes back as short clips, captioned and sized for each platform, with draft post text, ranked best first, waiting for approval. Anything sensitive is marked so it gets a closer look. Nothing posts until a person says so.

The ranking learns. Every approval, rejection, and clip result feeds back, so what it picks in month six reflects what Doro Mind's audience actually responded to. Off the shelf tools stop at the cut. They never see which clips were approved or what happened after they posted.

Detail Every step, start to finish Thirteen steps. Two need a person.
ONE VIDEO IN. CLIPS READY TO REVIEW. 01 Upload Someone at Doro Mind puts a video in a shared folder DORO MIND 02 Pick up The system sees the new video and starts work AUTOMATIC 03 Transcribe The video is turned into text, using the clinical word list AUTOMATIC 04 Save The transcript is kept and stays searchable AUTOMATIC 05 Rank The moments most useful to a caregiver are ranked highest AUTOMATIC 06 Flag Anything personal or sensitive is marked for a closer look AUTOMATIC 07 Cut The best moments become short clips, sized for each platform AUTOMATIC 08 Polish Captions added. Pauses and filler taken out. AUTOMATIC 09 Write Draft post text for each channel, based on what was said AUTOMATIC 10 Review A person approves, edits, or rejects each clip and says why DORO MIND 11 Send Approved clips go to the posting tool Doro Mind already uses DORO MIND 12 Track How each clip performed is recorded AUTOMATIC 13 Improve Rejections and results change what gets picked next time AUTOMATIC

Steps 02 through 09 run on their own, with nobody watching. Step 10 waits for a reviewer, however long that takes. Step 11 sends approved clips wherever Doro Mind already posts from.
